Who are we?
Sun and Star are a small Melbourne based Australian business specialising in scented soy candles, scented reed diffusers, handmade jewellery and even skincare products. Our products are perfect gifts for her, gifts for him, anniversary presents and birthday presents. Our candles are perfect to light at dusk and are scented beautifully.
Why we started?
We started our small business during the lockdown of 2020 when everything was closed down and we had been stood down from our hospitality jobs. We wanted to create a business that sells quality handmade gifts while still having a low price. We have always wanted to make candles and home fragrance items as well as jewellery.

How long does my order take to ship?
Your order will usually be 2-5 business days to ship depending on what you have ordered. We make the candles and reed diffusers to order which takes a few days to complete.
The shipping times may vary depending on the state that you have ordered from but regular post will take between 5-20 days to arrive and with express post they may take from 1-8 business days.
What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
We try our best to get everything 100% correct before we ship out your order however sometimes it may not always happen. If you have an issue with your order contact us via Facebook or Instagram and we will resolve the issue.
Can I get a refund on my order?
We do NOT offer refunds on our products for change of mind. We will however work with you if your order is damaged or broken when you receive it just contact us and we can send a replacement or offer a partial refund for the damaged items.
